My coaching draws deeply from my personal journey - one marked by radical self-discovery and learning to trust the voice within - and my work for over 15 years in the corporate world. Working in various industries including High Tech, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Retail, and Financial Services, and ranging from SMBs and Fortune 50 & 100 companies, I’ve guided senior leaders and executives to navigate the complexities of highly-matrixed, fast-paced environments. With a background in culture transformation, people strategy, and employee engagement - including experience at Accenture, I bring a mix of real-world grounded insight, strategy and empathy. 

Today, I specialize in coaching individuals to navigate life’s pivotal moments - empowering them to listen to their inner wisdom, deepen their confidence, and courageously embrace transformation. I help my clients align their personal and professional lives, reconnect with their core truth, and find clarity in the questions: “Who am I becoming?” and “Who do I want to be?”  Together, we work to identify what matters - challenging limiting beliefs, expanding self-trust, and building confidence to make meaningful choices.
